These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at enduringlegacymentors.com and related pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Are; No Professional Advice
ELM provides educational information about wealth protection strategies, including insurance, trusts, agencies, asset protection, and tax-minimization. The Site provides general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Viewing the Site or contacting us through it does not create any client, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Decisions based on Site content are at your sole risk. Consult licensed professionals for advice tailored to your situation.
2) Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 to use the Site. If you create an account, you’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

You represent you have all rights needed and that your content is lawful and non-infringing.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access at your own risk.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or part) at any time without notice.
8) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELM and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict of laws).
Informal resolution: Contact us first to try to resolve any dispute.
Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute will be finally settled by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules. You and ELM waive jury trial and class/representative actions.
Some claims may be brought in small-claims court in Travis County if eligible.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, governing law) will survive.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14) SMS & Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
Consent to Communications
By providing your phone number on our Site, through chat, forms, or by text message, you consent to receive informational and promotional text messages (SMS/MMS) from Enduring Legacy Mentors ("ELM") at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by interaction type (e.g., appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, educational messages, or promotional offers).
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any ELM message. You may also contact us at seth@enduringlegacymentors.com to opt out. After you text STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and then no longer send texts to that number unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers
Message delivery is supported by most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Privacy
We value your privacy and handle SMS data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
A2P 10DLC Registration
ELM operates registered messaging campaigns under the U.S. A2P 10DLC framework. All numbers and campaigns are verified and registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to ensure carrier compliance, message deliverability, and anti-spam standards.
Changes to Messaging Program
We may modify or suspend our messaging program at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these SMS Terms as required by law.
